Liability & Refunds

  • We are not liable for any losses you may incur through the distribution, use, or resale of goods as part of your business, as these products are sold to you on the understanding that you are a direct consumer.
  • Once goods have been delivered to the primary address or placed in a secure location, we assume no liability for any subsequent loss or damage to your goods.
  • After we have delivered your goods, it becomes the customer's responsibility to appropriately store them, as we ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition.
  • If the customer or a third party opts to move the goods from the initially provided primary address after delivery, we are not liable for any damage or deterioration in the produce thereafter.
  • The exact minimum and maximum weight of artisan products cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for under or over-weighted products; however, we will make every effort to meet weight expectations.
  • Due to the inherent nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted use of our website or error-free transmission. Nevertheless, we commit to maintaining a functional website to prioritize user-friendly access. While occasional restrictions in access may be expected, we will keep website repairs and maintenance to a minimum.
  • In the event of a refund, the customer is required to return the item in its original packaging and is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Customers should anticipate up to 14 working days for the full processing of their refund, excluding the original shipping cost.

 

Policy on Substitute Products

If our products are currently out of stock, we will offer a closely matching alternative at the same price or a higher one. In the event that no suitable alternative is available or if the alternative is of lesser value, we will provide you with a discount voucher.
